Refund policy

EVERREACH Reach-Or-Refund Guarantee: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund on your Foldable Grabber With 360° Swivel Clip.

 

To be eligible, simply try the product in your home. It does not need to be unused or in original packaging — if it does not make your daily reach easier, we will refund you in full. There are no restocking fees.

 

To start a return or refund, email us at purelarastore@gmail.com with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours with confirmation and next steps.

 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at purelarastore@gmail.com if your grabber arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

 

Refunds: Once your return request is approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects.
